Who we are: A Note from the Founder
I started Momentum Impact after years of working in environments where the stakes were high, the pace was constant, and the expectations kept growing.
Across government, tech, and the social impact sector, I saw how much people were carrying. Not just responsibility, but decisions that didn’t have clear answers, competing priorities, and the pressure to keep moving forward without always having the space to think clearly about what actually mattered next.
From the outside, things were working. The work was getting done, teams were delivering, and progress was being made. But underneath that, many were navigating important questions on their own, often in the middle of everything else they were responsible for.
Questions about direction, what was worth building or changing, and what needed to shift in order to move forward in a more meaningful way.
Those questions don’t get answered through more information or more pressure. They require space, perspective, and the ability to engage with others who can challenge your thinking and help you see things differently. I also saw what happens when those conditions are in place. Clarity sharpens, decisions move more quickly, and energy shifts. People stop circling ideas and start moving them forward.
That’s where momentum builds.
Momentum Impact is designed to support that process by bringing together people who are navigating what’s next and creating the space to think clearly, engage in real conversation, and move ideas into action over time.
This is not about adding more. It’s about creating the conditions to move with intention and turn direction into meaningful impact.
