I started Momentum Impact because I’ve led teams where the mission was urgent, the stakes were high and the resources were never quite enough.

As a COO, strategist and operator across government, tech and the nonprofit sector, I’ve seen how often leaders are expected to do more with less—while staying focused on the people and purpose that brought them to the work in the first place.

I’ve also seen what happens when the right tools and systems are in place. Stress goes down. Clarity goes up. Time opens back up. Teams stop treading water and start making measurable progress.
