Who we are: A Note from the Founder

There was a point where I lost a role I had worked toward for a long time, and it wasn’t just a professional shift, it was personal. I’ve always cared deeply about the work I do and the impact it has, so that moment forced me to pause in a way I hadn’t before.

What stayed with me wasn’t just the experience itself, but how quickly I found myself in conversation after conversation with other women who were asking a version of the same question, regardless of where they were in their careers.

What do I want to do next, and how do I move it forward in a way that actually feels aligned and meaningful?

Some were in transition. Others were in roles that were working on the surface but no longer felt quite right. Some had ideas they hadn’t fully explored yet. Different contexts, but the same underlying question.

What became clear is that these women weren’t looking to just network. They were looking for authentic conversations, space to think more clearly, to challenge ideas, and to move something forward without needing to have it all figured out.

Momentum Impact grew out of that. Not as something I set out to build in a formal way, but as a way to create those spaces intentionally. Spaces where people can show up as they are, work through what’s next, and leave with more clarity, direction, and confidence than they had when they walked in.

As we continue to build Momentum together, my hope is that it becomes a place where we not only find direction and fulfillment, but also solve real problems and create meaningful impact within our communities.
