You know how to navigate complexity, take on responsibility, and move things forward. But there are moments when your focus shifts, from what’s next on the list to what’s next for you.

It might show up as a decision you haven’t fully worked through, an idea that keeps resurfacing, or a sense that you’re ready to move in a new direction but haven’t named it yet.

Those moments rarely come with clear answers. They require space to think, perspective to see differently, and the ability to move something forward without having it fully figured out.

This is where Momentum begins.

Momentum Impact is a set of connected ways to think, test, and move forward

How Momentum Impact Works

There isn’t one way to step into Momentum Impact.

People arrive in different ways and at different moments, sometimes through reflection, sometimes through conversation, and sometimes with something they are actively working through and ready to move forward.

What connects those experiences is a shared commitment to thinking more clearly, engaging with others who bring perspective, and taking steps toward what matters next.

Why Momentum Impact Exists

There was a point where I lost a role I had worked toward for a long time, and it wasn’t just a professional shift, it was personal. I’ve always cared deeply about the work I do and the impact it has, so that moment forced me to pause in a way I hadn’t before.

What stayed with me wasn’t only the experience itself, but how quickly I found myself in conversation after conversation with other women asking a version of the same question, regardless of where they were in their careers.

What do I want to do next, and how do I move it forward in a way that actually feels aligned and meaningful?

Some were in transition. Others were in roles that were working on the surface but no longer felt quite right. Some had ideas they hadn’t fully acted on yet. Different contexts, but a shared moment of reflection and forward movement.

What became clear is that they weren’t looking to network. They were looking for honest conversation, space to think clearly, and a way to move something forward without needing to have it all figured out.

Momentum Impact grew out of that.

A space where leaders can show up as they are, work through what’s next, and leave with more clarity, direction, and confidence than they had when they walked in.
